Debra Steidel has been a ceramic artist since1974. Her concentration for most of her career was “Art
Vessels” where she earned countless awards over the last several decades. In the last few years, she has
begun to work with Design, Corporate Art Placement and Hospitality Sectors, specializing in Wall
Installations. Her reputation of creative ideas, working within budgets, quality work and a commitment to meet deadlines, has brought back repeat business.

Co-Owner/Artist Charles Chapman joined Steidel Studios in 2012. Charles began his career in art in
the 70’s as well, having attended the Goldsmith School of Art, London. Charles brings an artist point of view, different from Debra, that expands their creative processes even further.
Steidel & Chapman began marketing their art in Florida in the early 2000’s and in 2022 moved both company and
home to St. Petersburg, Florida.
