SKETS Studio delivered BIM modeling, design documentation, and coordination for a mixed-use skyscraper in New York featuring a complex, non-repetitive façade. The project included a 5,16,000+ sq ft hotel with commercial spaces and a 70,000+ sq ft entertainment zone across upper levels. To manage the intricate façade geometry and frequent design updates, our team integrated Rhino with Revit to enable real-time synchronization and structured BIM workflows at LOD 300. Using parametric families, worksets, and Navisworks coordination, we ensured accurate façade detailing, seamless structural and MEP coordination, and timely project delivery.
