The patented product concept exploits the physical properties of highest alloy standards 304 stainless steel in direct contact with a superior high-tech heating element.
When switched on, the large hot center of the unit gently dips down, thus containing all the fine food juices in the middle.
The metal was treated to result in a 2-4 inch wide warming area surrounding the hot cooking center, which tapers off toward the edges, which stay at ambient temperature.
This warming zone allows to keep food warm while other ingredients of the meal are still being cooked in the center.
Cook-N-Dine teppanyaki cooktops, portable units, carts and tables emulate the cooking principle of a very flat wok.
Freestanding tables also feature a third zone, the “dining area” which stays cool to the touch. This provides ample space to accommodate all place settings.

All Cook-N-Dine teppanyaki models have one more important feature in common:
When switched off the surface reverts back to flat which enables Dual-Duty Use as extra work/prep space when not used for cooking.
