Montecito – our premium collection for commercial and hospitality projects – is handcrafted by skilled artisans in our state-of-the-art production facility in Southern California. Using the same refined techniques and superior technology - as we have for more than 40 years - Montecito umbrellas can be specified with confidence for even the most demanding project.

On all collections, Santa Barbara Designs use high-performance, marine-grade, weather tested materials and fittings - proven to withstand even the most extreme conditions. Individually designed and crafted canopies are fabricated from marine grade canvas that resist mold, mildew and offer UV protection from the sun.

With more than 70 combinations of shape, size and material, we offer custom design options to accommodate most any design or budgetary requirement. This includes numerous valance styles, hundreds of awning grade solution dyed acrylic fabrics, decorative bandings and fringes, as well as silk screen and embroidered name and logo choices, and so much more. Santa Barbara Umbrellas are all expertly designed, precision-engineered, fashion forward exterior umbrellas that exceed expectations for years to come… providing your guests with a hard-to-forget warm welcome.
