The best customers service I have had in years, I purchased a golf cart enclosure from a intermediate party at a discount in January of 2013 . I had a minor problem with a zipper that a golfing partner made a lot worse. I contacted customer service to inquire about a replacement zipper. I was told the zippers were not something that would carry but the agent asked how old it was and explained that most of their covers have a 2 to 4 year warranty. They took my information found my order though the other vendor and honored the three year warranty even though it had expired the previous month. After sending some pictures that I'm sure didn't illustrate the problem very well I was told that a new cover would be shipped the folling day. The cover for a Precedent golf cart fits perfectly and keep the cold Midwest winter winds out, add a little heat and I haven't missed a lot of golf in the last three years. If Classic Accessories manufacturers what I'm looking for, thats where I'll make my purchase. Thanks
