When I was first starting my business, Becky Wright from Ponte Giulio USA reached out to me on LinkedIn wanting to set up a meeting to talk about my business. We had that phone meeting and long story short, she has not only educated me about how the quality, workmanship, and products of Ponte Giulio help people of all ages need quality bathroom safety products with aging in place in mind, but helped me come up with ideas and systems within my business that I had not thought of before. She sent a box of Ponte Giulio samples and products to me with information for me to look at and show my clients, but also went over everything with me in great detail! This company is absolutely amazing! They are helping change the narrative about aging in place and universal design in the field of home remodeling. I was a judge for the NKBA's "30 under 30's Choice" Awards, in the category of Universal Design and Aging in place. My fellow judges and I selected Ponte Giulio because it takes our associations of mobility aiding devices, structures, and so forth away from archaic institutional sterility. They have taken what has always been pure function and given it some soul and warmth and style. I would recommend the Hug Collection for being designed to be more than just a function series but also one that invites play and individuality.

Ponte Giulio is an excellent company to work with and has quality products that ship on time with great service. I had a customer whose mother moved in unexpectedly and they needed a wall-to-floor grab bar as soon as possible. I called PG, they personally checked availability and worked with us to get the item packaged and shipped out within an hour! They even sent me the tracking number so I could follow up with my customer. No other company we sell has that type of incredible and efficient service.
