IMPORTANT NOTE: This leather is a sustainable, renewable product that is a by-product of a major food source. A factor not to be ignored; a shift in focus (to green products) by the design community has made this an increasingly important factor when specifying interior materials. If these hides were not tanned into usable leather, they would be putrefying in a landfill. Interior Leather Surfaces Inc. (ILS) has been an innovator in the field of designing, supplying fabricating and installing quality leather floors, leather walls, leather ceilings and stairs. ILS has also brought to market innovations like leather wrapped handrails, leather wrapped mouldings and other architectural elements. The latest new technique introduced to the market in mid 2007 is laser tooled custom designs and logos on leather. In past years we have added other breakthrough techniques; sandblasting to create designs and patterns, new embossings, new designs, new textures and new colors, while improving the quality of our products and following the traditional techniques of producing fine leather from carefully selected hides.A family of fine craftsmen, ILS takes justifiable pride in the results of their expertise, homework, hard work, R&D and marketing know how.
